Maiya Golf

I found my passion for teaching golf back in high school, when I started the girls’ golf team at Mira Mesa High School and began teaching my friends how to play. That experience showed me how much I love helping others learn and grow in the game. I went on to play collegiate golf at UCLA and later competed professionally on the LPGA prep tour, the Symetra Tour. After several years of competition, I decided in 2014 to shift my focus fully to teaching—something that had always been close to my heart. Since then, I’ve taught in the Hamptons and Miami, and I’m now based in Del Mar, California. Along the way, I’ve also built an online platform where I offer virtual instruction and lessons to clients from all over the world.
